Athens Declaration Ministerial Meeting

The Greek Minister of Development, Mr. Christos Folias, has invited his counterparts from 61 countries of Europe, the Middle East, the Mediterranean Basin and the greater Black Sea Region to join him on May 7 2008 in order to sign a letter of intent, that would foster closer, deeper and more effective co-operating relationships between the European Union and its Wider Neighborhood, regarding the attainment of reciprocal energy security and the joint combat against climate change.
