You may pre-register for the Summit on line, by fax, by mail or by email.

A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you within (3) days after having received both this Registration Form and your payment. Should you not receive this letter, please contact the Congress Organiser.

REGISTRATION
After April 30, 2008 registrations can only be made on-site at the Congress Secretariat which will be operating at the Congress Venue as follows

Monday May 5, 2008 from 08:00 to 20:00

Tuesday May 6, 2008 from 08:00 to 19:00

Wednesday May 7, 2008 from 08:00 to 19:00

*Post Graduate Students are kindly requested to provide the Professional Congress Organizer with a Proof such as their Student Identity Card.

The Registration Fee for the Full Delegates includes:

• Attendance to all sessions
• Participation in Social Programme
• Opening Ceremony
• Gala Dinner
• Business Lunches
• Coffee Breaks
• Conference Materials

The Registration Fee for the Accompanying Persons includes:

• Participation in Social Programme
• One day Excursion

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

• You may pre-register for the Athens Summit 2008 by forwarding the Registration Form and your payment to the Congress Organiser following the deadlines outlined in the above table.
• From May 1, 2008 onwards, registrations will be accepted only at the Congress Secretariat in the Congress Venue.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

• For written cancellations received prior to November 25, 2007 a handling fee of € 30 will be charged.
• For written cancellations received from November 26, 2007 to and including April 10, 2008 a handling fee of € 60 will be charged.
• There is no refund for cancellations received from April 11, 2008 and onwards.
• Substitute delegates will be accepted upon written confirmation until April 10 2008 provided that they submit a Registration Form, duly filled in, for the replacing delegate. A handling fee of € 30 will be charged for each substitute delegate. After April 10, 2008 no substitutions allowed.

All refunds will be processed one (1) month following the end of the Summit.
