The Registration Fee for Full Delegates includes:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Participation in the Social Programme
- Opening Ceremony
- Gala Dinner
- Business Lunches
- Coffee Breaks
- Conference Materials
GROUP REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- A minimum of 5 delegates paying full registration fee is required to qualify for Group registrations.
- Please indicate the number of delegates you will be sending. This number will be used to generate the contract for your delegation.
- Please keep in mind that you can always increase the number of participants up to two weeks prior to arrival.
- A group leader - contact person should be nominated.
- The company or organization requesting a booking must complete the Interest Form and send it by fax or email to the congress organizer.
- INTEREST FORM
- The congress organizer after receiving the Interest Form is obliged to send a Group registration agreement form to the company with all the necessary payment details and cancellation / substitution methods.
- All payments should be realized 10 days after the receipt of the Agreement Form.
SUBMISSION OF DELEGATE NAMES
- Full correspondence details and the required fields on the Interest Form (Full name, complete address, email address) must be filled in for each delegate, to complete the booking.
- Details of the sponsoring organization or agency in place of the delegate's details are NOT acceptable.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Confirmation of registration will be sent to the nominated Group leader, following receipt of the full payment. Confirmation will be sent to the nominated Group Leader ONLY and NOT to the individual delegate.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- For written cancellations (of all or part of the group) received until 31 March 2008 a handling fee of € 60 will be charged per cancellation.
- There is no refund for cancellations received from 1 April 2008 and onwards.
- Substitute delegates will be accepted upon written confirmation until 31 March 2008. A handling fee of € 30 will be charged for each substitute delegate. After 1 April 2008 no substitutions are allowed.
- All refunds will be processed one (1) month after conclusion of the Athens Summit.
GROUP REGISTRATIONS APPOINTMENT
If you are interested in collecting your delegates' badges and congress material, you are kindly advised to make an appointment with the Congress Organizer.
NO-SHOWS
No-shows at the Meeting will be charged at the full fee. There will be no refund issued.
